Kolea 1F offers the gold golf membership to all of its guests.  You get to enjoy $50-$75 golf at the two Waikoloa Beach Resort golf courses during your stay at Kolea 1F.  If you have a number of people playing it can save you up to $300/day which is just a little less than what it will cost you to rent this magnificent vacation rental.

Kolea 1F is a 3 bedroom villa with an ocean view out over the ponds at Waikoloa Beach Resort.  The villa has been nicely furnished and is on the third floor, which offers you vaulted ceilings.

Kolea 10A is unique in that it is a three bedroom ground floor villa, but is set up as a two bedroom with an office.  You have a view of the ocean an beach from the villa.  The villa is great for two couples as it has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom.  Kolea 10A comes complete with all the finishes you expect in a Kolea vacation rental.  The spacious living area faces a large entertainment system with a big screen tv, extended cable television, dvd player, and surround sound.  You will also find an audio system throughout the villa.

Kolea 14M is one of the few two bedroom villas at Kolea with a nice ocean view.   This stunning penthouse has ocean views from the living areas as well as the master bedroom.   Kolea 14M has not been a vacation rental until 2009 so it still has a very new feel to it.
